Before Pictures of Wella T28 Toner

Below are the BEFORE pictures of Wella T28 toner. As you can see, I had dark Wella Toner Blonde hair. I didn’t like my hair color, despite spending $150+ at a salon to get it done less than 1 month ago! (I’ll be writing a whole article about why I prefer to do my hair at home vs. go to a salon).

Wella has 8 main toner colors for blondes.

Wella Toner Colors for Blondes

I’ve used T18 (lightest ash blonde) from the Ash family and T27 (medium beige blonde) and T35 (beige blonde) from the Beige family previously, so I wanted to give Wella Toner T28 (natural blonde) a try.

Natural blonde” sounds GREAT, right?

In my mind, “natural blonde” sounds a lot better than “beige blonde,” so I bought Wella T28 online from Sally’s to try something new.

Plus, I assumed that T28 would cut out the yellow hues and brassiness from my hair, since it is in the “silver” family. When I used Wella T18 it cut out ALL the brassiness from my hair, so I assumed that T28 would do the same since the shades look so similar in the pictures.
